Welcome to the We BEE Stamping Team Blog Hop!!!

I’m excited to come to you the 1st of each month with some fun projects highlighting a variety of topics, techniques, and Stampin’ Up! Specials!

For this month the theme is Looking Ahead to Spring!

I’m sure there are a lot of folks in cold weather right now just waiting for Spring to show up! I’m definitely one of them.

Here is a fun card with some spring flowers and bright sunny colors with some daffodils!

I embossed the images with the copper embossing powder and colored them in with re-inkers (on the inside lid of an ink pad) and water painters.

I love the mixed colors on the flowers, there’s a hint of Flirty Flamingo in there.

I made a faux bow by wrapping a piece of white baker’s twine around the larger ribbon, and just knotted it in the back to gather it up.

I hope this inspires you to start thinking about Spring!

Inks:  Memento Black, Smokey Slate, Mango Melody, Flirty Flamingo, Granny Apple Green

Cut & Emboss Machine items: Scalloped Contours Dies, Daffodil Dies [Bundle], Hive 3D Embossing Folder

Accessories: Copper Embossing Powder (Metallics Pack), Heat Tool, Iridescent Rhinestones Basic Jewels, Baker’s Twine Essentials Pack, White Frayed Ribbon, Dimensionals
