Thank You Blue Sky

Welcome to this month’s post for “Kylie’s International Blog Highlights!” This month the theme is THANK YOU!

We officially had our first snow stick to the ground today, so I find this card very fitting.

I created one of my favorite blended sky technique cards, but with all blues this time – and added snow!

I love how these turn out and they really are easier than they look. A lot of sponging and then some random stamping over it. You can be messy and it still looks great!

I used the White Craft Ink watered down a little to speckle the sky, looking like snow.

The snowdrift on the bottom was made with one of the dies in the coordinating die set, Pine Woods.

Here are rest of the supplies I used:

Stamps: In the Pines (Bundle), Friend Like You

Card Stock/Paper: Misty Moonlight, Whisper White

Inks: Misty Moonlight, Seaside Spray, Night of Navy, White Craft

Cut & Emboss machine items: Pine Woods Dies (Bundle)

Accessories: Square Vellum Doilies, Water Painter, Dimensionals, Glue Dots, Stamping Sponges

I hope you loved today’s card, as well as all the other lovely projects in today’s hop!
