I’m excited to come to you the 1st of each month with some fun projects highlighting a variety of topics, techniques, and Stampin’ Up! Specials!

For this month the theme is the New Mini Catalog Highlights!

 

There are so many fabulous products in this new Mini Catalog, but I wanted to stick with the season I’m most excited for – Fall – and show you some gorgeous leaves in some fun colors!

I’m using some products from the new suite – “All About Autumn”

I absolutely love everything about it. Fall colors, leaves, texture.. it’s all there.

I selected the colors from the DSP color palette to get a fall look, even without any traditional orange! Here’s my project for you:

The distinctive style stamps are great for adding depth without all the extra work. And speaking of depth, the new Distressed Tile 3D embossing folder is going to be my favorite new folder. I love the design and how it’s not a solid pattern all the way across.

The specialty DSP has copper foil running through the designs and shines when the light hits it. To add even more shine, I used Wink of Stella over the sponged color on the background.

The speckled dots finish it with coordinating colors, and they literally have speckles on the dots themselves!

This was so easy to pull together, and I think turned out fantastic.

I can’t wait to use some more products from the Mini Catalog! This is going to be a fun season of crafting!

Accessories: Adhesive-Backed Speckle Dots, Wink of Stella, Blending Brushes, Dimensionals
