Abstract Impressions – What’s New at Stampin’ Up! Blog Hop

Welcome! I am happy that you are joining us for our hop today. We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrator from around the world who are Hoppin’ With Exciting Ideas to share with you. Today we will feature products from the Brand New 2018-19 Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog. I know you will find a lot of wonderful ideas shared today.

I’ve decided to use elements from the Garden Impressions Suite. The stamps, Designer Series Paper, and the Thinlits all work together to make this festive and bright card!

I recently used the Artistic Impressions bundle in a previous post, but wanted to show how versatile it is by creating a completely different look with the same stamp set.

Here are the products used to create this one:
Stamps: Abstract Impressions
Inks: So Saffron, Mango Melody, Shaded Spruce, Memento Black
Papers: Garden Impressions DSP Paper Stack, Mango Melody, Shaded Spruce, Melon Mambo, Whisper White
Others: Springtime Impressions Thinlits, Stitched Shapes and Layering Ovals Framelits, Rhinestones, Wink of Stella, Dimensionals

I love how bright and fun this turned out. The little flowers on the DSP are so cute and have so much color! I popped up some of the flowers I die cut on dimensionals and put some rhinestones over the middle – which is perfect to hide the dimensional. Here’s a closeup of the shimmery flowers from the Wink of Stella:

This was so fun and easy to make, and I can’t wait to see the rest of the ideas everyone is sharing.

Please take a moment to leave a comment to let me know how you liked my project or ask me any questions about how I created it.
