I’m excited to come to you the 1st of each month with some fun projects highlighting a variety of topics, techniques, and Stampin’ Up! Specials!

For this month the theme is Celebrating Sale-A-Bration!

Sale-A-Bration is a fantastic time of the year where you can earn fabulous products for FREE with qualifying purchases.

I’ve created a card for you today using one of the new SAB bundles. It’s the Softly Sophisticated bundle and includes both a stamp set and an embossing folder!

I love the images in here where you can make the flowers and leaves any combination of colors. I chose colors that compliment another SAB selection, the Softly Stippled Designer Series Paper.

The vellum shows the embossed design perfectly giving it texture over the DSP while still showing the colors of the printed flowers under it. I also put some clear glue on the stamped flowers to give them a bit of shine.
