Fancy Folds – Pinwheel Card

Thanks for joining us this month! We’re hopping all over the world with some fun cards. It’s time for the new Fancy Fold for this month – a Pinwheel Card!

This is such a cute card to showcase your double-sided Designer Paper, and it’s easier than it looks!

Here is what it looks like when it’s all folded up to look like a pinwheel:

To make the pinwheel – start with a piece of your favorite double-sided 6″ x 6″ Designer Paper.

  • Score each of the 4 sides in from the edge at 1.5″.  This will make little squares at each corner.
  • Cut out the 4 corner squares along those score lines so that it has 4 flaps.
  • Fold over each of the flaps, then turn up one of the corners of each flap. It should look like this:

  • Fold them on top of each other so they interlock with the flaps sticking up.

That’s it! Super cute!

Don’t forget to decorate the inside of the pinwheel!
