Fancy Folds – Diagonal Faux Pocket

Thanks for joining us this month! We’re hopping all over the world with some fun cards. It’s time for the new Fancy Fold for this month – the Diagonal Faux Pocket!

I love this one because it looks fancy, yet is so easy to make!  It looks like it’s a pocket – but it’s a simple card!!

Once you open it up, here’s the inside with plenty of room to write a message and still have a fancy pine border:

To create this, just take a standard card base, cut to be 4.25″ x 11″.  Fold it in half, then cut the front on a diagonal.

Then, just flip that piece over and glue that diagonal piece right to the front.

I added Wink of Stella all over the pinecone and berries to give it extra shimmer!

Isn’t this so pretty?
