PCC401 – Nothing’s Better Than Cocktails

Welcome to this week’s Paper Craft Crew Card Challenge!

Here is the PCC401 Horizontal Sketch Challenge we are using this week:

Looking back at my recent posts, I realized I’ve had more than a few with some darker colors. This time I brightened it up a bit.

Using a selection of colors from the Brights Color Family, here is my fun card this week:

With everything going on these days, this seems appropriate, and I was excited to finally use this set!

Whether it’s cookies, chocolate, coffee, or cocktails, this set and the snarkiness that goes with it has got you covered! I’m looking forward to using this set a lot more.

I love the multi-colored drink and the sparklie umbrella and even a bit on the ice cubes, I’m pretty sure real ice cubes don’t actually sparkle, but as long as you don’t lick the card – you should be fine.

I used the ink pads and a sponge dauber for the drink, and I colored the umbrella and lime with the Blends.

Behind the drink is a bit of color using the brand new Blending Brushes. More to come on those soon – that’s a sneak peek!

Here is the supply list I used this week:

Stamps: Nothing’s Better Than

Card Stock/Paper: Melon Mambo, Bermuda Bay, Basic Black, Whisper White, Vellum, Artistry Blooms DSP

Inks: Bermuda Bay, Melon Mambo, Mango Melody, Memento Black

Cut & Emboss Machine items: Love You More Than Dies, Painted Labels Dies

Accessories: Holiday Rhinestones, Bermuda Bay and Granny Apple Green Blends, Wink of Stella, Blending Brush, Dimensionals, Sponge Dauber
