Amazing Peacock with Brusho

Hi folks!
Here is another card we did at my recent class. I got the idea from a card I saw online, by Amy Koenders. I love how it turned out with the splash of color all over the card!
It’s made using a few of the Sale-a-Bration items you can earn for FREE.
First is the Beautiful Peacock acting as the center of attention. You can earn that for FREE with a $50 purchase.
Next is the “Amazing” thinlit from the Celebrate You Thinlits Die Set. You can earn that die set for FREE with a qualifying $100 purchase.
How fun are those together?!
On to the background…I needed a deep color to go with the deep colors in the card, Rich Razzleberry, Pacific Point, and Tranquil Tide. So I played with the Prussian Blue Brusho, which is in the Occasions Catalog. That was so easy, too! I got the paper a bit wet (you can use our spritzer), then sprinkled a little bit of the Brusho on it, then spritzed the paper again. Voila! Instant Color! The trick is to make sure you have time to let it dry…
Finishing off the supply list is the Vellum under the Amazing word, the Stitched Shapes Framelits, and some Rhinestones!
This was a lot of fun to make, and I love that no two cards are ever the same using the Brushos! I’m hoping you’ll join me for future card classes!
