Happy Birthday 2-step stamping video
March 26, 2016
Hey folks!
So this video thing is pretty cool.. but it’s going to take a few tries to get all the wrinkles out, I can see that! I took a crack at making a few more, but still need to edit some of them down a bit.. so stay tuned for even more. The one I have for you today was another card from my past class. It’s using one of the Sale-A-Bration sets, What I Love, as well as the sentiment from Rose Wonder, in the Occasions catalog.
* Don’t forget there are only a few more days left for you to earn FREE products during Sale-A-Bration. It ends on March 31st! If you’ve got a wish list you need to tend to (please use the Hostess Code: AWD2Q7MF), or if you want to join my team, this is the time to make that happen!
SAB is the best time – since you can earn even more when you join the fun before March 31 by joining my team. You can read more about that by clicking here: Join Mary Ann’s team!
Ok…. back to the video… This is a 2-step stamp, although I think I only referred to ‘stamping off’ when I was explaining the technique. This is a cute card I saw from Lisa Young online and thought it was perfect for a quick flowery birthday card. I used Island Indigo and Pear Pizzazz for the flower and leaves. I added some rhinestones for some sparkle.
The trick with this one was to not overthink it! Just stamp away.. again and again. That’s what makes this one cool, there’s no perfect lines! It’s supposed to be a bit messy. 🙂
Check out the video and let me know what you think.
As for the video itself.. yes… I know the table was shaking a bit.. I’m working on fixing that. 🙂 and, I love getting schooled on “youtube” with pointers from my kid. :/ not sure how I feel about that one yet. Apparently he watches more videos than I do, and took it upon himself to go look up my video and watch it so he could critique it. HA! what a nice kiddo.

Another great video! I love the card. Thanks for sharing the technique. I’ll be sure to try it myself.
