PP213 – more fall collors!

Hi folks!

Quick post here (testing out the publish later feature!!) to add a new sample I created for the PP213 The Paper Player color challenge:

I kept it simple – sticking to one stamp set, and I used all the colors, in addition to Very Vanilla.  It’s not even necessarily a “fall only” card – it is good for any time of the year. I really love rhinestones, but went with the pearls this time. I think it gives it a warmer feel to the card. I even colored the one on the saying with the blendabilities!
Check it out:

I used the sponge daubers to color the leaves before stamping, then just cut them out. Everything is popped up on dimensionals. The butterflies are stamped on vellum, then punched out. A second butterfly of each is punched out of card stock, then layered a little off-set to give it a shadow.

Behind the scenes:  What you may not be able to tell is how I layered the verse on the Vanilla, Blackberry Bliss and Baked Brown Sugar papers. I cut out three tags (one of each color), then used my paper trimmer to snip off a section of each, then layered them on top of each other to give the stripes.
To get the two different colors on one image, like the verse, color the stamp with markers first!

Items used:

I hope everyone likes it!
